By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the PureBite mobile application ("PureBite"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, do not download or use the application.

Governing Law: Kerala, India

These Terms are governed by Indian law, with exclusive jurisdiction in the competent courts of Kerala, India.

  • PureBite provides ingredient parsing, seed oil classification, and educational references for general informational purposes only.
  • PureBite is not a medical device, diagnostic system, or a substitute for professional healthcare, medical, or dietary advice.
  • Third-party food manufacturers may alter product formulations without notice. Always inspect the physical packaging, allergen labels, and manufacturer notices before consuming any food product.

2. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

  • Subscription Tiers: PureBite provides premium features (such as unlimited daily scans and detailed additive breakdowns) through optional auto-renewing subscriptions (purebite_monthly_sub and purebite_annual_sub).
  • Billing & Auto-Renewal: All transactions are processed through your Google Play Account and will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the conclusion of the active billing period.
  • Subscription Management: You can manage, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time within your Google Play Account Settings.
  • Free Trial Terms: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription, where applicable under Google Play rules.

3. Data Accuracy & Third-Party Content

Ingredient data and product metadata are retrieved from open-source public databases and packaging lists. While ARM DevStudio strives to provide accurate classifications, we provide this data "as is" and make no warranties regarding its absolute completeness, freshness, or accuracy.

4. Intellectual Property

All application designs, layouts, visual components, branding, logos, icons, and software source code associated with PureBite are the exclusive intellectual property of ARM DevStudio.

5. Termination of Use

ARM DevStudio reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to the application or premium services in the event of unauthorized reverse engineering, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or dispute arising out of or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kerala, India.
